People I’ve met are willing to help and give me advice. I find that I make great connections with people easily and the community is so supportive!
Houstonians are very warm, kind and genuine people. If you are nice to them, they will be 10 times nicer to you. They inspire me in the way they work so hard to care for their loved ones. Sometimes it gets to a point where they get exhausted and desperate for help, and you have to tell them, “that’s normal.” They come to us and we tell them, “That’s what we’re here for. Let us help you. We got your back.”
“Houston is an amazing place to start a business. The people are so friendly, and Houstonians are so ready to help each other. I love the naturally encouraging and supportive nature of this town. I’ve lived here for almost 20 years, and have raised my children here, and it’s all those people I’ve met along the way that have pushed me along in our business.”
The greater Houston area has a very unique market mix. There is a “support local” attitude with a global influence. We as Houstonians find working with different cultures and ideas very palatable. We all live harmoniously amongst each other and that harmony is instrumental in getting me to where I am now.

I am the owner of Best in Variety, an online store that provides women with unique, high-quality active wear. I work with some of the most prominent vendors/manufacturers in the activewear industry. “
Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed of becoming an inventor, I loved creating solutions to the problems I faced. So when I became a mom and had to deal with applying messy diaper cream, while trying to keep Ayden from rolling off the diaper changing table – I seriously needed a solution. I went on Amazon to find a one hand diaper cream applicator – and there was nothing! So… I decided to invent one myself!
