Maker Crew Workshops
Saturday mornings just got a whole lot cooler! Take part in a hands-on workshop led by our Education team where you will learn new skills, how to operate different equipment and how to craft various objects and toys.*Each workshop requires a fee of $22 for non-members. This fee includes admission to the Museum. Members are required to pay $5.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Intro to 3D Printing
During this workshop, kids will learn the basic steps of 3D design in TinkerCAD, and be able to print their own 3D design* to take home! *Disclaimer* after designing, 3D prints can take up to a few hours to print. Your print may not be available on the same day as the workshop! We can work out a pick-up time based on your needs.

Piñata Workshop
During the workshop, Maker Crew will design and create their own piñata to bring home using the Maker Lab resources such as the laser cutter and 3D printer.

Bee House Workshop
During the workshop, Maker Crew will partner with museum staff to design and create their own bee house to bring home.

Halloween Costume Design
During the workshop, Maker Crew will design and create their own spooktacular Halloween costume pieces using Maker Lab resources.

Spooky Animatronics
During the workshop, Maker Crew will design and create their own Halloween-inspired animatronics using Maker Lab resources such as the 3D printing, laser cutting, circuitry and coding.

Pumpkin Carving
During the workshop, Maker Crew will use Maker Lab resources to design and carve their very own spooktacular pumpkin designs to bring home.
