Tai Chi in the Barrio @ Smither Park

Tai Chi is a fun, engaging way to exercise the mind and body at the same time. Classes feature lessons in the YANG style, based on the 24-steps international form. All levels are welcome to join. Fundamentals will be the focus of each session with the integration of application work (martial arts), qi gong (energy work), and philosophical perspectives (Ying and Yang).
