And the biggest info bomb to drop; Plans to extend the city’s Hike and Bike trails. The proposed path would follow the train tracks along Community – The trail would run north-south, connecting the existing Braes Bayou Path all the way up to Memorial Park. It would connect the city! This is a proposal by the Houston Parks Board, in collaboration with Houston Parks and Recreation Department. The Houston Park Board is applying for H-GAC Transportation Improvement Project with a 10 year timeframe. If this gets approved, buy up some property along Community!
