Black Friday is all about scoring sales and deals, but Danton’s Gulf Coast Seafood and Steaks has something else in mind – leftovers! The Houston staple is offering Thanksgiving dishes with a Cajun twist on Friday, November 23rd to help Houstonians stuff their bellies before they stuff their shopping bags.

Family-owned and run, the Teas family is giving customers a chance to try their take on Thanksgiving classics all day, and sharing holiday favorites from their table to yours. Reimagined dishes and specials include:

    • This holiday twist on the classic Po’boy will have the most nostalgic of Cajun food lovers craving more turkey. Served on French loaf bread with a generous portion of Danton’s signature garlic remoulade and/or Cajun mustard

        • Yams topped with decadent pecans
        • Creamy mashed potatoes
        • Mimmie Teas’ homemade pasta salad made with a savory mix of shell pasta, garlic, cheddar cheese and green olives for added flavor
      • Turkey Day Enchiladas
        • Chipotle cream, peppers, cheddar and jack cheese take turkey to the next level served alongside black beans and rice
      • Bloody Danton – $8
        • The signature dark roux complements this all-day, classic cocktail, ready to nurse a hangover or a headache from Black Friday shopping
