I am originally from Miami, FL and moved to Houston in 2010.

Favorite local activities to do in Houston?
I love exercising, my favorite places are Barry’s Bootcamp, Crossfit Central Houston and LHTX Fitness. We love riding bikes in our neighborhood and along the bayou. We also love going to parks. Top favorites include Fire Truck Park, Evelyn’s Park, Colonial Park and Wier Park.
What local places do you go to for pampering and/or mom’s night out?
Executive nail and spa is new in the area. I went there once with my daughter, and look forward to returning soon. Milk + Honey spa is my favorite spot for facials and Trellis Spa is my favorite spot for massages. For a mom’s night out I love Tiny’s No.5. The French Picnic is always fun to share.

I own Dentini Pediatric Dentistry. It is a pediatric dental office located in West University. I opened my first office in the Heights 4 years ago, and when the perfect spot became available in West U it was and easy decision! I love seeing my patients riding bikes, going for walks, out to eat, and at the park.
How has the Houston community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
I have felt so much support from school friends, gym friends and neighbors. I am full of gratitude. It is also amazing when patients refer their friends.
What is the best advice for juggling mommyhood and running a business (or volunteering, working, etc)?
Do your best in the moment and focus on what makes you happy. As a mother, don’t compare yourself or worry what anyone else is doing. As a business owner, create a space that you love going to.
Funniest shortcut/routine for helping you through parenthood?
Knowing that nothing lasts forever.
