This week I had the pleasure of trying Cherry for an in-home manicure and pedicure. It was super convenient and I was able to relax in my own home, get a little work done while she was doing my toes, and have the reassurance that I wasn’t putting myself at risk at a busy salon. Read below to learn more! 
What is Cherry?

Cherry is an on-demand platform that connects clients with independent nail technicians, in order to perform mobile manicure services.

How does Cherry work?

Simply select the service(s) you would like, enter the desired service location, payment details and your Cherry will be on its way.

Is Cherry a mobile vehicle?

We are not. Cherry provides on-demand mobile services to fixed locations including homes, offices, apartments and hotels; you name it, we can do it!

What is Cherry’s coverage area?

Currently, we are servicing Dallas, Houston, Austin and the surrounding communities. You can review our coverage area here.

Is water required for my service?

No! Cherry services are completely waterless. We use vitamin enriched lotion filled gloves and socks to moisten and prepare the nail for service. We are waterless because it is more hygienic (no cross contamination), more efficient and leaves no mess, making it perfect for the home or office.

What is a Cherry Pro?

Cherry Pros are the highly skilled independent nail technicians that provide services to Cherry clients. Each Cherry Pro must have the following to work on the Cherry platform: a current cosmetology or manicurist license, pass a comprehensive background check, complete customer service and skill assessment prior and maintain active insurance for cosmetologist or manicurists.

Can I add a friend(s) to my appointment?

Yes, Cherries hang together! Simply select the ‘Add a Friend’ option.*Please note, Cherry will attempt to provide a manicurist for each client, however this is not guaranteed and subject to availability.

What should I do prior to my appointment?

Select a location with good lighting, comfortable temperature, and a flat working space for the Cherry Pro. If there is anything the Cherry Pro should know regarding your nail history, please provide that information during your consultation.

For gel treatments, ensure an electrical outlet is easily accessible.

Is gratuity included in the price?

No. Gratuity is not included in the quoted price. It can be added on the app at the conclusion of the appointment.

How do I pay and leave gratuity?

Payments for gratuity are processed after your appointment has concluded. When your appointment finishes, open up the Cherry app to add gratuity, rate, and leave feedback for your Cherry Pro.

What if I forget to leave gratuity?

Don’t worry, we have you covered! If you forget to leave gratuity after the appointment, you will receive a push notification after the service ends. After 3 hours, the appointment is closed in order to process it and include an 18% gratuity for the CherryPro.

Can I pay with cash?

Cherry is a cashless service!
