DIY Easter Play Doh | West University Moms

Moms, today we have a super easy DIY for those Easter baskets! We all know kids love play-doh, and this all-natural recipe can be made in about 10 minutes with only 6 ingredients!

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup water
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/3 cup salt
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
natural food coloring
(optional) 6-10 drops of essential oils. We used orange, lime, lavender, grapefruit, lemon and peppermint. Smells SO good!

Storage:
plastic jars

Directions:
In a saucepan, combine all dry ingredients. Add wand vegetable oil. Over medium to low heat, stir mixture until it thickens (approx. 2-3 mins). Continue to stir until play-doh begins to gather around your spoon. Remove from heat. Knead out any remaining lumps. Separate the play-doh into individual balls. Add natural food coloring and essential oils. We made 3 batches and divided each batch in half for a total of six colors/scents. We used these plastic jars to store the play-doh.
