So getting healthy is on your list of resolutions for 2019, right? Well a big part of getting healthy is drinking plenty of water! But with busy schedules, more time spent taking care of little ones than ourselves and no time to think, that can be a tough task for moms. (This coming from someone who recently realized it was noon and she had yet to drink a drop of water). So, I’m guilty too! That’s why I turned to fitness trainer, Lauren Seib for some tips and tricks to get us all hydrated!
