“I am a registered dietitian with Rooted Wellness, a private nutrition practice specializing in women’s health. My areas of focus include nutrition for fertility, prenatal and postpartum health as well as early childhood nutrition.

I help women cut through the “nutrition noise” they are constantly bombarded with and guide them towards evidence-based, proven methods to enhance their well-being. I work with clients to understand their reality and identify small changes that can make a real difference.
