Cinco De Mayo Inspiration and Cocktails | West University Moms

 

Mamas, are you ready? This year Cinco de Mayo falls on a Saturday, which means the fiesta will be in full swing! We’ve got some fun party inspo as well as an amazing cocktail recipe from Three Lumps of Sugar!

What to Drink?

2 oz Tequila Blanco
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
1oz  Mango Nectar
1 Sprig of Mint
Garnish – Pineapple Leaf, Sprig of Mint, Jalapeno Sugar by Three Lumps of Sugar. 

Sprinkle their signature Jalapeno Sugar on a flat plate and wet the rim of the margarita glass with lime, turn it over and spin it in the sugar.  Add all non-garnished items to blender with a handful of ice.  Blend. Strain into rocks glass. Add Garnish. Enjoy
