Pumpkin Spice Smoothie | West University Moms

This Pumpkin Spice smoothie from our contributor Kathleen Ashmore is filled with real pumpkin, banana and almond butter, making it a fast and filling Fall breakfast. We’ll be making it all week long with the extra cans of pumpkin we stocked up on for Thanksgiving. Follow her on Tik Tok and Instagram for more healthy (but delicious) eating inspiration.




  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice optional
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder such as Orgain


  • Blend.
  • Serve topped with pumpkin seeds and bee pollen, if desired.
