Little Artists at MFAH

Children ages 3 to 5, and an adult caretaker, are invited to experience an exciting art adventure at the Museum! Together, learn about the materials and processes artists used to create different works of art throughout the Museum. Drop-In Experience | Contemporary Arts Museum Houston

CAMH’s Drop-In Experience features guided in-gallery discussions and pop-up activities that provide creative opportunities to experience the exhibitions on view in a unique and meaningful way.
Led by our FAQ Team (Frequently Asked Questions), a group of artists and historians who assist with contextualizing CAMH’s dynamic exhibitions for diverse audiences. Drop-In Experiences are available between 1-4PM every Saturday. All ages are welcome; admission is always free.

The Global Big Latch On is truly a global event. In 2017, 23 countries held official Big Latch On events, amounting to more than 50,000 participants.
During the Big Latch On, women gather together to breastfeed and offer peer support to each other. Their friends, family, and community join this celebration to promote and support breastfeeding. Volunteers from within the community host each location, hosting a Global Big Latch On creates a lasting support network for the community.
