Sabi Gutierrez is the Business Development Manager for Trinity Title of Texas. She is also the founder of the Social Soda Podcast and has also volunteered for numerous events and foundations.

At the beginning of this year, I founded a nonprofit organization Twelve Basketfuls Outreach, that assists people in need. At the moment we are fundraising for a mission trip to a small village in Corozal, Belize next month. We will be assisting with food for struggling families as well as providing the youth with soccer equipment and uniforms.

Being a present wife and mother is a non-negotiable for me and I am strict with my calendar and time. I have learned to implement the importance of time management using the 4 quadrant method. I have also learned in the last 23 years, that many things we perceive as urgent and important, are not.
